Who We Are

Founded in 2019 by Dominique Maddox, CBI, CFE, EATS Broker was built on one conviction: restaurant owners deserve a broker who speaks their language.

After more than a decade in the restaurant brokerage industry, Dominique recognized that owners were being underserved by generalist firms that lacked the deep operational knowledge, franchise expertise, and industry relationships that successful restaurant transactions demand.

Today, EATS Broker has successfully represented restaurant sales in over 15 states. Our team has closed transactions involving national franchise brands — including Papa John’s, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy John’s, Marco’s Pizza, and Schlotzsky’s, Smoothie King as well as independently owned restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and multi-unit operations.
