Dominique Maddox CBI, CFE is the founder and President of EATS Broker and Eatsbroker.com. EATS Broker is a boutique restaurant brokerage located in Dallas, Texas. Dominique exclusively sells restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, focusing on restaurants for sale in the $100,000-$2,000,000 price range.

After working with one of the nation’s largest restaurant brokerage firms for seven years, Dominique decided to bring a new flavor to the Restaurant Brokerage Industry and founded EATS Broker in November 2019.
Dominique Maddox has been selling restaurants since 2010 and has undergone intensive training in the Restaurant Brokerage Industry. Dominique attended Morehouse College on a football scholarship; he brings that same competitive spirit and energy to the field of restaurant brokerage.

He holds the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation endorsed by International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation endorsed by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE). Dominique is one of the few Restaurant Brokers in the nation with the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation.

Dominique holds a Brokers Real Estate license in Texas and Georgia. He has worked with franchise resales on national brands like Papa John’s, Firehouse Subs, Schlotzsky’s, Jimmy John’s, Lenny’s Grill and Subs, Steak n Shake, Captain D’s, Dairy Queen, Teriyaki Madness and many more.
Dominique was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, but now calls Dallas, Texas, home. He loves cooking, working out, reading books, traveling, and working as a Restaurant Broker.

Deron Coleman joins EATS Broker with the excitement of helping customers in Restaurant Brokerage. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist people in challenging situations. Deron dedicated ten years to serving his community as a police officer, which provided invaluable experience in problem-solving, negotiation, and community relations.
Deron Coleman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, real estate, and business brokerage. Now, specializing in restaurant sales, Deron is serving the community differently. Deron leverages industry expertise, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail to connect buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth and successful transactions for all parties.
Deron was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. He considers Dallas, Texas, his second home.
When he is not working, Deron enjoys staying active through exercise, watching sports, and challenging himself to learn new activities.
Deron focuses exclusively on selling restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, emphasizing restaurants for sale in the $100,000-$2,000,000 price range. Deron is a member of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) and International Business Broker Association (IBBA).
Deron is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and has completed the EATS Broker training curriculum to become a professional Restaurant Broker.
