With listings ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000, Dominique and his team help owners maximize the value of their businesses through a proven, high-touch process tailored to the restaurant resale market.

After spending seven years with one of the nation’s largest restaurant brokerage firms, Dominique launched EATS Broker in 2019 to bring a fresh, specialized, and client-focused approach to the industry. Since then, he’s built EATS Broker into a recognized brand for professionalism, transparency, and results — serving everyone from independent operators to multi-unit franchise owners.

A Restaurant Broker since 2010, Dominique has undergone extensive industry training and holds two of the most prestigious credentials in business brokerage — the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from the International Franchise Association. He is among the few Restaurant Brokers nationwide to earn both designations.

Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Texas and Georgia, Dominique has successfully represented national franchise brands such as Papa John’s, Firehouse Subs, Schlotzsky’s, Jimmy John’s, Lenny’s Grill & Subs, Steak ‘n Shake, Marco’s Pizza, and many more.

Deron dedicated ten years to serving his community as a police officer, which provided invaluable experience in problem-solving, negotiation, and community relations.
Deron Coleman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in law enforcement, real estate, and business brokerage. Now, specializing in restaurant sales, Deron is serving the community differently. Deron leverages industry expertise, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail to connect buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth and successful transactions for all parties.
Deron was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. He considers Dallas, Texas, his second home.
When he is not working, Deron enjoys staying active through exercise, watching sports, and challenging himself to learn new activities.
